CreativeAce started as an idea in the late 90s. There were 2 of us at the time and we wanted a name that was easily memorable. Affordable Computer Expertise was a bit misleading since we are writers and didn't really want to get into the computer networking field. So we decided to shorten the name to Ace and since we're writers we added Creative to the front of it. And hence, CreativeAce was born.

We got our feet wet in the US Air Force when documentation was pretty sketchy or nonexistent -- they call this thinking on our feet. Technical Writing was a growing field in the civilian world and companies needed writers that were detailed oriented and could write documentation that their clients could quickly and easily follow.

CreativeAce has done technical writing not only for businesses with customized software and computers, but also built sites to attract customers to buy their software. We have created everything from paper documentation to web sites to training manuals. Basically, if it can be written, we can do it.
